Lauren has been working in customer service for over 20 years and truly believes in providing each patient with individualized attention to assist them in receiving the very best of care at Stepping Stone. Her enthusiasm towards health and wellness shows through her unique personality.
When Lauren is not working, she is spending time with her beloved nieces and nephews, preferably by the ocean! She is thrilled to be part of the Stepping Stone team.

Sahana brings her passion for organization and patient care
to her role as clinic receptionist at Stepping Stone. She is committed to ensuring every patient feels welcomed and supported throughout their wellness journey.
Outside of work, Sahana enjoys exploring local art and music scenes, running along the Charles River, and pursuing her love for music. She feels grateful to contribute to the compassionate community at Stepping Stone.

Katelyn is passionate about helping others, health and wellness both physically and emotionally. Helping out at the front desk combines all of her passions into one. She strives to provide exceptional customer service and a smiling face to each and every person that comes through the door.

Aside from her work, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and new puppy, family and friends, attending a yoga class, sitting on a beach, and trying out a new coffee shop!

Rebecca has worked with Stepping Stone for the last few years as our insurance biller. She checks patient's insurance plans to see if they have acupuncture benefits, submits claims and processes payments from insurance companies. She also communicates with the insurance companies, if there are any issues. Her favorite part of her job is connecting with people.
When she is not working, she likes to spend time with her husband, three kids and sweet dog, Quincy. She also takes adaptive yoga classes, reads, and knits.
